Although this past week didn’t see as big of numbers as the previous, it was still a very good week of bug fishing. Last Monday and Tuesday nights were the nights to be out. Good numbers and great quality. On Friday Capt. Joel’s son had a “Hoopin” birthday party. The group of 6 year old kids had a great night pulling up some nice lobster and eating plenty of cake and ice cream. Saturday we did our first full day Cod/Lobster trip over to Catalina Island. Lobster fishing was on the slow side but our passengers had some great rockfishing with plenty of fillets to take home. All in all another nice week on the water.
The Gail Force departs Pierpoint Landing in Long Beach at 6pm and returns around 11pm. Just $65 will get you aboard!. Limited to just 10 anglers, there is more then enough inside seating to keep you warm. We provide all Promar Ambush Hoop Nets and gear. You must provide your CA fishing license and Lobster report card. Please feel free to bring your own dinner and a rod to fish plastics with if you like.
We are available for charter 7 days a week for lobster fishing or sportfishing.
