WOW what a weekend aboard the Gail Force! We started on Saturday in the harbor on our 6pm-11pm trip with a great group of fishermen. They hooped up 24 nice quality bugs that night.
Then on Sunday we ran a full day Cod/Lobster trip over to Catalina Island and with a little help from a turtle scored full limits of Lobster for our 8 passengers. We came home on Sunday with a nice catch of bottom fish plus 56 LEGAL BUGS!!

After a slow, inconstant few months it seems like the season is starting to shape up! We are starting to get double digits on a regular basis and there is more rough, wet weather on its way. Look for counts to continue to climb during the next week or so, then hopefully remain steady for the rest of the season.
